So far they're great, especially for the price. Sound good and bass is decent for ear buds. My only disappointment was no usb-c charging. I just think everything nowadays should be usb-c but other than that I love them.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, the right way to connect earbuds with Bluetooth is, first of all, turn off the Bluetooth of your cellphone and then take both earbuds out of the case and let them get paired together when the light stops blinking then turn on the Bluetooth of your device and connect earbuds with your device, hopefully, it will resolve the issue.
