Within 30 days you can submit a request for a full refund, ONEAIMFIT store credit of equivalent value or a product exchange for any product available on our website.
If a customer provides an incorrect address resulting in a failed delivery, we regret to inform you that no refunds or replacement will be issued. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid any issues.
If the shipment has been tampered due to any reason, or the original contents are not returned in full or it has shown signs of excessive wear due to user’s misuse, OneAimFit reserves the rights to apply 20% restocking fee or simply refuse a return.
