    For US, your order will be processed immediately and is delivered in 5-9 business days following the fulfillment. For Canada, the shipping time is 4 to 15 days. We don’t process orders on weekends and holidays.

    We strive to get your orders to you as quick as possible; we process your orders right after they are placed. Due to this quick processing time, you cannot cancel the order you have just placed, changed or adjusted once you have placed your order.

    For the products which have been purchased on our website ONEAIMFIT.COM, we offer 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee which starts from just upon your date of purchase if:

    • There is a manufacturing defect 
    • The seal is intact 

    Within 30 days you can submit a request for a full refund, ONEAIMFIT store credit of equivalent value or a product exchange for any product available on our website. 

    If the shipment has been tampered due to any reason, or the original contents are not returned in full or it has shown signs of excessive wear due to user’s misuse, OneAimFit reserves the rights to apply 20% restocking fee or simply refuse a return.

    What is our warranty policy?

    We give 1-year limited warranty for all those products that are purchased from our website. This warranty covers only the manufacturer defects for up to the first year after a device’s date of purchase.
